I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2003 and my Master Reiki III Certification in 2023. Nearly 20 years of counseling experience, as well as personal experience navigating life’s transitions and inner healing work, led to a desire to shift from traditional counseling approaches to a more holistic and energetic approach. One that honors the guidance of the client’s soul as well as the innate wisdom within the body to lead to one’s own unique path of healing and peace.
