Shannon Kelley Poulos, PsyD, RM

I received my doctorate in clinical psychology in 2003 and worked in private practice with clients of all ages and backgrounds until 2016. After the birth of my fourth child, I embarked on a journey of deep inner healing work utilizing various alternative healing methods. This led to my desire to shift professionally from traditional counseling approaches to a more holistic and energetic approach to helping clients. One that honors the guidance of the client’s soul as well as the innate wisdom within the body to lead to one’s own unique path of healing and peace. In my experience, this is often a much more efficient route to healing than traditional methods alone. In 2023, I received my Master Reiki III certification.

I provide a loving and non-judgmental energetic space in which clients can awaken to their inherent worthiness and power, release what has been limiting them, and find the inner freedom they long for. Through intuitive messages, intention, and energetic attunement to the specific needs of the client (mentally, emotionally, physically), significant shifts can occur to aid the client in aligning with their true soul purpose. Through a framework of curiosity, radical self-love, and self-responsibility, clients begin to identify the areas of their life where they give their power away, and can then begin to consciously reclaim it. My approach to client care does not include a diagnosis nor does it create a dynamic of dependency, rather it empowers clients to trust in their own inherent divinity and ability to create the life they desire.

I think God is on Earth, inside every living being. What we call "the divine" is none other than the energy of awakening, of peace, of understanding, and of love, which is to be found not only in every human being, but in every species on Earth.
